As Finance Business Partner at Judo, you’ll support the broader finance partnering team by providing financial insights, reporting and analysis that help drive performance and informed decision making.

- Assisting in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial models across core business functions.

- Providing financial support for key strategic projects and growth initiatives.

- Supporting monthly performance reporting and variance analysis.

- Collaborating with Senior Finance Business Partners to deliver insights and commentary for leadership discussions.

- Building relationships with department leads to understand their financial needs and provide data‑driven support.

- Responding to financial queries and liaising with subject matter experts across the finance team.

- Supporting finance‑led projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency and the continuous enhancement of accounting consolidation tools and reporting systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

You enjoy working with data, solving problems and learning from experienced mentors.

Your life pre‑Judo and the skills you’ve picked up along the way:

- CA or CPA qualified professional.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A or business partnering roles.

- Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling.

- Strong excel and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Experience using an integrated ERP accounting system desirable.

- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience in financial services, banking or large corporate environments is highly valued.
