Overview

The Apollo isn’t just a restaurant—it’s where our story began. We don’t replicate venues—we create them. Each one is distinct, shaped by its surroundings and community, from the riverside taverna charm of Greca, to the vibrant Tokyo-inspired buzz of Yoko, the spirited izakaya atmosphere of Cho Cho San, and the new elegance of Olympus Dining. About the role

We’re on the lookout for a bartender who brings more than just technical skill. This is a casual opportunity to become part of our tight-knit front-of-house team, with a clear path to step into leadership as you grow.
