Overview

The Apollo isn’t just a restaurant—it’s where our story began. A modern Greek dining room in the heart of Potts Point, born from a love of good food, great company, and the kind of energy that makes you want to stay a little longer. It’s also the foundation of the Apollo Restaurant Group, an anti-group group that builds neighbourhood institutions with soul.

We don’t replicate venues—we create them. Each one is distinct, shaped by its surroundings and community, from the riverside taverna charm of Greca, to the vibrant Tokyo-inspired buzz of Yoko, the spirited izakaya atmosphere of Cho Cho San, and the new elegance of Olympus Dining. What connects them all is a shared belief in timeless hospitality and experiences people are proud to call their own.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a bartender who brings more than just technical skill. This is a casual opportunity to become part of our tight-knit front-of-house team, with a clear path to step into leadership as you grow.
