**THE OPPORTUNITY.**
We are looking for creative cocktail bartenders for both full time and casual positions that want to work with great produce. The drinks and cocktail program is authored by Joshua Reynolds (The Baxter Inn, The Dolphin Hotel, Scout London) marrying fun, approachability with refined balance. A great drinks list for the budding bartender to develop cocktail and menu construction.

We have a number of positions available for experienced cocktail bartenders to join this amazing team. The venue is open from Monday lunch to Saturday dinner and offer an attractive pay structure, with generous tips. Working hours can be flexible, from casual roles through to full time.

**THE VENUE.**
Shell House is an adventure. We create a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design, and has a lively and engaging atmosphere. Importantly, we are all about service.

Spread over three levels, the four-in-one mega-venue houses Menzies, a ground floor bar and bistro, Shell House Dining Room & Terrace, Sky Bar Rooftop and The Clocktower cocktail bar inside the building's clock tower.
