Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a **full service, casual fine dining steakhouse** that specialises in **dry-aging steaks** and has an **impressive wine selection**.

Our **Castlereagh Street** restaurant is seeking **Bartenders**to join the team - **20-30 hours** available, part time and casual award rates + penalties.

What we are looking for:

- Previous A La Carte restaurant bar/ bar experience
- A valid RSA
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
