Accounts Officers Needed, Multiple Roles, Ballarat Based, Ongoing Temp Positons, Great Rates

**Your new company**

Hays recruitment have partnered with a well known organisation, based in the Ballarat region that is requiring two experienced Accounts Officers in a temporary position, this role is ongoing and has the potential to lead to full time.

**Your new role**

As an experienced Accounts Officer you will be responsible, but not limited to the following:

- Experience in both AP/AR duties
- Entering invoices into an accounts system
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Processing payments
- Matching invoices with purchase orders & resolving any queries
- Chasing payments and debt collections experience
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts & setting up new accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Experience with various Software Programs
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required by your supervisor
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skill
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy with figures

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally 2 Plus years of end to end accounts experience
- Degree Qualified or working towards a degree
- Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy
- Computer software skills, ideally including Workday, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent organisational and management skills
- Adaptable, enthusiastic and driven
