To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.Reporting to the General Manager Central Procurement & Fleet, the **ICT Sourcing Manager** will lead development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products and services.We are looking for a resilient individual that can work in a highly collaborative manner with cross functional teams. This role focuses on supporting the organisation’s technology goals through strategic procurement practices, including leading end-to-end ICT sourcing, managing supplier relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.*Please note, this is a 6-month, fixed term contract position with the possibility of extension. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you too - this role supports hybrid working.***Your part in our UnitingCare team:*** Develop and execute ICT sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives* Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for ICT hardware, software, services, and related contracts* Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate vendor capabilities* Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms, pricing, KPIs and service levels* Collaborate closely with ICT, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure compliance* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards* Manage supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies* Prepare reports and presentations on sourcing activities and savings* Managing supplier relationships and lifecycle of contracts that fall outside of the Digital and Technology team’s scope* Proven experience (3+ years) in ICT sourcing/procurement or related roles using the QITC contracting framework* Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field – *Highly regarded** Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills* Strong influence and relationship building skills* *Desirable:* Experience in a not-for-profit sector.
