The ICT Sourcing Specialist must demonstrate behaviours consistent with, and be a role model for, a customer-first, service focussed culture embracing the principles of business intimacy and operational excellence.

**Competencies & Skill Level**:

- Experience in ICT procurement and contracting;
- Experience in contract drafting and administration using the Queensland QITC framework;
- Experience working in ICT projects and service delivery environments, combined with a general knowledge of ICT products and services and related supply arrangements;
- Experience drafting QITC contracts for project related ICT goods and services contracts;
- Proven ability to plan and execute multiple RFx processes through to contract award efficiently and in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and processes;
- Well-developed communication skills and proven ability to influence, consult and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes;
- Proven ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure;
- Proven ability to negotiate skilfully in tough situations, winning concessions without damaging relationships
