**Location:** Singapore/Sydney * **Impact at Scale:** Help lead one of ResMed’s most critical transformation programs, directly supporting our 2030 strategy to reach more patients through digital innovation.* **Global Exposure:** Work with teams across the APAC region, ensuring priorities are heard and delivered.* **Shaping the Future:** From documenting today’s workflows to designing tomorrow’s, you’ll guide the region through process alignment, UAT, training, and adoption.* **Career Growth:** Gain unique experience at the heart of a high-profile digital transformation, working on complex projects that span functions, borders, and technologies.* Run workshops to capture As-Is and To-Be processes in distribution, logistics, and order fulfillment.* Map workflows and requirements in Miro, Visio, or similar tools.* Document business cases, use cases, and requirements with clear traceability to testing.* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.* 5+ years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Business Process Optimization.* Strong understanding of Distribution, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Trade operations.* Familiarity with APAC regulatory and operational nuances.* Experience leading process workshops and documenting requirements.* Strong data skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau or similar).* Proficiency in workflow design tools (Visio, Miro, etc.).* Hands-on involvement in UAT and process validation within regulated industries.* Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.* Experience managing Business Analysts or similar roles.* Prior work on ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS strongly preferred).* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Objective, or Smartsheet.* Background in regulated industries (MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma).* Lean/Six Sigma skills and/or Product Management certification.* At ResMed, we’re not just transforming systems—we’re transforming lives.
