Project/Product Manager

Work You’ll Do

As a Project DeliverySpecialist IIon the project, you will:

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Support resource planning, allocation, and performance management for project team members.
- Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience collaborating with Federal Health stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
- 3+ years of experience in project/product management or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and working in a client-facing role
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with MS Dynamics productsin Agile/Scrum environments.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications.
