Job Description About the role: This is an incredible opportunity to join Zenith as a Digital Manager. You might be an established Digital Manager who has a successful track record of handling accounts proactively and are ready to take your next step in a planning & activations role across a variety of digital channels. You will have the opportunity to drive the day to day running of several accounts, and partner with innovative clients/brands within various categories. This is an opportunity to upskill in all digital performance channels, enhancing your existing bank of digital knowledge. You will drive digital media plans, and assist media negotiation and activation of best-in-class campaigns across paid social, search and programmatic display. This role offers a career building opportunity that will broaden your scope for creative and strategic thinking, as well as harnessing your digital expertise to activate and put new ideas to test. Agility, strong client service, and team management experience are critical in this role. You will take care of the workloads, outputs and development of junior team members, and assist with trouble shooting. You will work within a wonderfully supportive team to integrate the digital offering seamlessly into the media plan on a mix of campaigns. The partnership you form with the Director will ensure seamless process, output and efficiencies, whilst your informed perspective and recommendations will help our team deliver exceptional client service. What you will do with us: - Accountable for campaign delivery through all campaign stages across various performance channels - Oversees campaign management - reviews approach and monitors campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are tracking to goals, on time and with 100% accuracy - Works hand in hand with the Director to develop performance media plans - which are well thought-out/argued, looks to innovate and answers the marketing brief - Assist in delivering exceptional client service by ensuring smooth operations in the team, and taking care of expectations to deliver on timelines - Making sure the team is billing and reporting on spends with upmost accuracy - working & utilising deals and commercial opportunities correctly + accountable for final buying set ups - Ensures quality controls are in place from planning/buying/optimisation and reporting for the team - Drives and implements the adoption of bid management technology across all client campaigns - Create a positive relationship with key media owners - ensure utilisation of briefing templates and feedback is delivered to media owners in a timely manner - Ensures the junior members in the team are working effectively - being coached, trained, inspired and organised to deliver on timelines What you’re looking for: - A supportive and collaborative culture - Clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively - Fulfil your career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the finest mobility programs GLOBALLY What you will bring: - Minimum 4 years’ experience in a media agency and/or digital marketing role - implementing & planning digital campaigns across paid search, paid social and/or programmatic - Experience in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking across client accounts + write effective implementation planning decks - Experience across ad server set ups and trafficking (CM360/Flashtalking/etc.) - fundamental knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, SA360, Meta, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Analytics and DV360 - BCC training & experience in spot entry - knowledge of correct digital codes to use and the aptitude to run expenditure/invoice reports - Is fluent in 3rd party bid management tools across search & social and/or programmatic - Demonstrate a solid knowledge of digital media in the Australian landscape Who you are: - Team management: Can effectively motivate, inspire and organise their team to deliver - Mentor, coach, task manage and quality control work from the junior members in the team - Problem solving: is across workflow, solves problems as they arise, knows when to escalate issues to the Director to help solve problems - Presentation:can confidently present to clients and articulate performance media plans in an effective and simple way - Analytical: Can confidently analyse data, and write compelling insights - attention to detail and clarity is of utmost importance - Commercial understanding: takes time to understand the client's business and category and works with Director to identify new opportunities - Be an effective decision maker: Open and ready to seek assistance where necessary - always be looking for a positive outcome for the business Additional Information Additional Information Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
