About the role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy. You'll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Daily living tasks and mobility assistance
- Emotional wellbeing and companionship
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment
What you’ll bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in aged care
- Availability to work night shifts
- Genuine passion for aged care and enhancing quality of life
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Respectful, compassionate, and resident‑first approach

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
