**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Support Worker who is **fluent in Tamil** and has a **deep understanding of the Sri Lankan culture**. This role involves providing personal care and support to our client, ensuring their comfort, safety, and independence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with mobility and physical therapies.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with the client and their family.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Tamil and understanding of Sri Lankan culture.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
