Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is Western Australia’sleading private radiology provider, delivering high-qualitydiagnostic imaging services across 23 locations. With more than1,300 dedicated employees, we pride ourselves on our people-firstapproach—balancing technical excellence with compassionatecare.

We’re opening a brand-new PRC clinic in Bunbury, andwe’re looking for warm, professional, and proactive MedicalReceptionists to join the founding team.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in launching a newclinic from the ground up — helping shape the culture,systems, and patient experience from day one.

The opportunity

As a Medical Receptionist in our Bunbury clinic, you’ll bethe first point of contact for patients, visitors, and referrers.You’ll work closely with technical and clerical staff toensure the day runs smoothly, providing excellent service andsupporting the day-to-day administrative flow of the site.

You’ll enjoy being part of a close-knit team backed byPRC’s broader network, with access to ongoing training,support, and career development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Booking appointments and assisting with workflowcoordination
- Handling billing, Medicare batching, EFTPOS, and dataentry
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and a clean,professional reception space
- Supporting the team with general clerical tasks asneeded

About you

You’ll bring a warm, can-do attitude and a genuine passionfor patient care. You’re highly organised, a greatcommunicator, and thrive in team environments.

You’ll also bring:

- Previous admin, reception, or customer serviceexperience
- Familiarity with COMRAD (highly regarded)
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a brand-newteam
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
