Western Respiratory and Sleep is a new Practice compromising of 3 Doctors in Perth and one located in the South West. We are a team of dedicated professionals prioritising the delivery of high quality patient and health care services. We are on the hunt for a vibrant, dedicated and customer focussed Medical Admin Support for our rooms which are located in the South West. Your main task will be to provide Admin Support role for our clinic in Bunbury (main clinic), and Busselton (every 2-4 weeks), depending on needs. We also have other clinics in Perth locations, and you may need to provide phone support task to cover sick leave or holiday leave etc. The position we are offering is currently on a casual basis, however this may convert to permanent employment for the right person in the future. Ideally, you would thrive in a fast paced customer service environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adaptable to the changing needs of our growing clinic. You would have Medical Receptionist/Admin Support experience and a friendly and caring disposition. We are looking for someone who is "switched on" and keen to learn our systems and to grow with us. You would need to be a great team player and have the ability to prioritise tasks. **Qualifications/Traits** Proficient in word processing and computer literate Demonstrates initiative, self starting abilities, and effective multi tasking Pays meticulous attention to detail Excels in both team collaboration and independent work Eager and quick to learn new skills **Responsibilities**: Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients As a team member, your responsibilities will include: Booking and managing patient clinic appointments with precision. Facilitating the smooth operation of patient clinics. Patient billing, receipting and online claiming to Medicare. Ensuring the Medical Centre maintains a tidy and presentable appearance, including engaging in general cleaning duties as necessary. - Considerable experience (minimum 1 year) as a Medical Receptionist/Admin Support Role. - Demonstrated experience in a front facing customer service role. - Considerable and demonstrated experience in a face paced medical environment.
