The opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to apply for the role of Casual Senior Customer Service Officer at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

Key responsibilities include providing high-level customer service, clerical and administrative support, and working within a dedicated team. You will be required to work a variety of shifts across weekdays, weekends and evenings during the Centre’s operating hours of 5:00am to 10:30pm.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated customer service skills

- Sound communication skills

- Ability to work within a team

- Ability to work in a very busy environment

- Demonstrated numeracy, cash handling and cashiering skills

- Well‑developed organisational, time management and problem‑solving skills

- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Participation in a full pre‑employment medical that includes drug and alcohol testing

Remuneration: $44.54 per hour (inclusive of a 20% casual loading). Additional rates apply for Saturday (25%) and Sunday (50%).
