Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for:
- Manage and nurture relationships within a distributor led model.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the health, wellness, sales or has a passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft suite.
- A valid driver's licence for travel to client locations.
