- Extensive experience in human resource management within fast-growing or global organisations with particular emphasis on change management practices.
- Proven track record integrating organisational development strategies with business needs to address current challenges while preparing for future growth.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop staff within a collaborative HR delivery environment focused on teamwork.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary organisational development theory as well as practical experience designing cultural change interventions.
- Strong understanding of current industrial relations trends including award interpretation, relevant legislation compliance, payroll processes, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
