CPP Civil

CPP have a dedicated in-house Civil construction department that plays a critical role in project delivery, providing scoping, estimating, management, and construction of civil works across transmission lines, renewables, and utility projects - giving us greater control over key project components.

Our capabilities include access tracks, roads, structural foundations, cable trenches, conduits, oil containment, and site infrastructure such as laydown areas and facilities. We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, and signage, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.

The Opportunity

To support our companies growth, we are searching for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to support our Civil team with project, tender and general administrative service to support the successful delivery of our Calala BESS project on an initial 12 month contract. This project will be instrumental in supporting NSW renewable energy targets. With a power capacity of 250MW and an energy storage capacity of 500MWh, it will have enough power to supply electricity for up to 115,000 homes during peak periods.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Experience in a Site Based role
- Strong knowledge of project administration, understanding time/cost/quality targets
- General understanding of project tender and estimating requirements
- Understanding of project financial requirements
- Administrative skills with a precise and meticulous approach to the function
- A demonstrated ability to effectively manage several functions, systems and databases
- Good level of IT skills - ideally utilising project management tools
