Product Performance Analyst

As the Product Performance Analyst you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Pricing and Delivery, and will be accountable for providing product and customer data and analysis as part of the transformation initiatives.

As the Product Performance Analyst-Product & Pricing, will work closely with the Pricing & Analysis and Product & Pricing Delivery team to provide data insights to assist with the prioritisation of transformation delivery features and benefits, as well as provide financial analysis for price setting of new banking products.

You will analyse product reporting impacts as part of transformational feature releases, and play a key part in designing and delivering product performance and vulnerability dashboards. Furthermore, you will use SQL to extract and prepare data to assist with prioritising transformation delivery features based on data analysis and quantifying benefits.

You will be a strong team player and use those skills to collaborate with transformation reporting team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of data and business definitions. You will integrate and connect data from various data sources and assist in analysing and interpreting quantitative data, predominantly using Excel, SQL, SAS, Power BI.

You will provide insights and financial analysis as part of price setting of new banking products, and work with Products & Analytics teams to develop product performance and vulnerability Power Bi dashboards

As our new **Product Performance Analyst** you will bring the following skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience using SQL.
- Experienced in financial modelling and calculation of financial metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI- desirable
- Experience with Python or R - desirable.
- Experience with Google Analytics - desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience using SQL.

- Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and technology.
- Extensive background in analytical skills with an ability to translate into insights and action.
- Solid understanding of technology delivery, including knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit the business need.
