You will

- Apply sound judgement in prioritising work, assessing problems and making decisions relating to claims
- Strong understanding of operational controls and manage risks and issues within agreed parameters.
- Review of complex claim matters including oversight of adverse decisions, complaints and litigation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring completion of agreed team deliverables
- Provide constructive feedback including one on one coaching and support to ensure capability uplift within teams

They will love your background in

- Extensive life insurance claims assessment including providing technical guidance and claims reviews across all product lines ideally across retail life risk
- Claims investigation expertise including previous experience in the identification of valid and non – legitimate claims
- Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements
