We have a long-term contract opportunity for a Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects to one of our enterprise clients.

The Role:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, commercials and program objectives , including acting as a Senior Project Manager for selected components of the program.

- Take ownership and actively lead the delivery of other critical project components to ensure delivery success and mitigation of risks and issues are managed.

- Articulate the overall program value proposition, proactively building case studies and success stories that showcase the impact on the client's business.

- Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, guaranteeing compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.

- Manage program resources effectively, including personnel, budget, vendors, and infrastructure, optimising utilisation , and alignment with program goals.

- Lead the engagement with key stakeholders at all levels, including executive sponsors up to C suite level and senior leadership and other client representatives. This includes running workshops, stand‑ups and steering committees and leading client governance alongside the Client Executives from within our business.

- Collaborate with Client Executives to deliver against strategic client plans and roadmaps.

- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders to overcome challenges and ensure program/project success.

- Be responsible for the ultimate Client Satisfaction (CSAT) for all projects within program scope.

- Serve as a trusted advisor and strong brand ambassador for the company, building trust and advocacy with clients.

- Ensure projects are delivered within the LAB 3 framework and leverage appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) based on program needs.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the program/project team, promoting a high‑performance environment.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate:

- You are a Technical Program Manager with a successful track record of delivering technology projects/programs within complex enterprise environments with high levels of process and governance.

- Vendor/ Consultancy background : You understand the challenges of delivering to a client and can be flexible with changing priorities.

- You're a relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- You identify risks and issues before they arise to ensure the smoothest possible customer experience.

- Experience delivering Cloud I nfrastructure (Azu re) , M or thision , D at a and/or S ecurity projects.

- Ability to translate complex & technical requirements into business outcomes.

- High competency in using Jira, burn down reports and budget reporting.

- Must be Sydney-based and available to be onsite with the client.
