Compliance Coordinator – Macquaqrie Park, NSW
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW
Company: BGIS, Corporate Sector
Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (until 31 Oct 2026, with potential extension/permanency), Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH post-training)
Responsibilities
- Maintain CMMS systems and asset data accuracy
- Monitor and report on compliance, and preventative maintenance activities
- Support reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and KPI delivery
- Contribute to financial tracking and compliance invoice verification
- Assist the Account and Operations Managers in daily contract support
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and BGIS teams
Education, Experience & Skills
- Experience in asset management, compliance, or facilities management
- Strong CMMS system background
- Excellent attention to detail with reporting and documentation
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging all levels of stakeholders
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
- Vendor management and compliance reporting experience
- Experience with large, complex asset portfolios
- Technical, trade, or engineering background
Workplace Flexibility
- Full-time, fixed-term until October 2026 (with potential for extension or permanency)
- Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days WFH (post-training/probation)
- Office located in Macquarie Park, with excellent transport links, cafes, amenities, and a free client shuttle running every 6 minutes
