As Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of a major reform program aligned with national legislative and compliance standards. You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts to embed best practices in workplace relations, misconduct response, and regulatory alignment. This role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of federal government frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream compliance and governance project
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving legislative requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, and reporting frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and working groups focused on workplace relations, integrity, and misconduct response
- Monitor progress against key milestones and ensure timely execution of reform initiatives
Qualifications
- Legislative and regulatory compliance, ideally within public sector or education
- Industrial relations, workplace conduct, or governance reform
- Delivering structured change programs with measurable outcomes
