Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the human resources department, including drafting contracts and correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives and compliance.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful P&C Coordinator should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the human resources industry.
- Experience in end to end recruitment
- Proficiency in HR systems, ELMO and TechnologyOne highly advantageous
Whats on Offer
- A competitive salary range of $81,000 to $104,000 AUD, based on experience.
- 17% super contribution (5% can be taken as cash benefit)
