Overview

Support an approachable Partner on a mix of litigation matters including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate disputes and general litigation matters.

The Role

Our client, a leading Gold Coast law firm located at Southport, is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to assist on a broad range of litigation disputes including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate litigation and other general litigation matters. Your duties will include:

- Drafting correspondence and preparing court documents under instruction
- Preparing briefs
- Liaising with Barristers and clients
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Billings
- File management
- Other general legal administration tasks as required.

You

To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Litigation Secretary or Litigation Legal Assistant.

The Law Firm

Well established, leading Gold Coast law firm based at Southport. 45 staff in total. The salary on offer for this role is negotiable, dependent upon experience (up to $80,000 + super).
