Your opportunity
As a Commercial Product Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Revenue Growth Management and play a pivotal role in leading commercial projects and initiatives that drive revenue growth across the business. You will develop differentiated product propositions, pricing strategies, and promotional plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation and growth objectives. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping those who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it:
- Coordinate the development and execution of product proposition, pricing strategies and promotional plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring differentiation, competitive positioning, financial viability, and aligned with revenue growth objectives
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to inform pricing and investment decisions, and deliver revenue growth initiatives
- Provide commercial recommendations and business case inputs, leveraging market data and insights
- Evaluate commercial investment effectiveness, including ROI analysis for channel, sales and marketing activities
- Lead or support project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement for assigned workstreams
- Prepare written advice, including briefing notes, minutes, project documentation, and reports for a broad range of stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements in reporting, governance, and project delivery
- Represent the Revenue Growth Management function in project teams and working groups
What you’ll bring
We believe the successful candidate will have a demonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product, commercial, strategy, or business management roles
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience in analysis, pricing, promotions, and revenue optimisation
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience with data collection, analysis and interpretation of data and trends
- Ability to develop executive-ready presentations and reports
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage high workloads with competing timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Self-driven, motivated and action-oriented
