As our new SEO Product Director, you’ll lead the charge in shaping and scaling our organic search strategy across a diverse product ecosystem, from Residential to Commercial and SaaS.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of product, technology, data, and strategy. You’ll embed SEO into every stage of product development, champion experimentation, and drive measurable outcomes that align with business goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the SEO vision, define and drive an organic growth strategy that aligns with Domain’s product roadmap and business objectives.
- Embed SEO into product development, influence early-stage discovery, user research, testing, and go-live planning.
- Audit website speed and traffic to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Drive performance, monitor channel impact, ROI, and revenue per keyword, and track progress against audience growth KPIs.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Development, Scrum, and Data teams to deliver SEO enhancements and performance improvements.
- Improve Core Web Vitals across key domains and entry points.
- Stay ahead of AI and ML driven search.

- Organic traffic growth and improved conversion across key entry points.
- SEO embedded into product and delivery processes.
- Scalable, product-led SEO tactics aligned with business outcomes.
- Clear impact on business metrics, revenue, audience growth, and engagement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in SEO, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success driving organic growth for large-scale websites, to deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with enterprise SEO tools (GA4, Lumar, SEMrush, DeepCrawl).
- Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python).
- Understanding of two-sided marketplaces and content management systems.
- Passion for mentoring and developing SEO talent.
