As a Finance Analyst, you’ll provide reporting, forecasting, and budgeting support to improve performance across Technology & Operations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver insights, ensure financial integrity, and contribute to key initiatives that drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting, including ledger close activities

- Maintain and enhance controls to ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting models

- Collaborate across Finance Services to deliver standardised reporting and performance insights

- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business drivers and trends

- Provide analysis on expense and FTE performance across Technology & Operations

- Support senior analysts and managers on projects and ad hoc tasks

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years’ experience in financial services, with a focus on analysis and reporting

- Qualifications in Accounting, Business or Finance; studying towards CPA or CA

- Experience with TM1 (GEM, RF Tool), IBM Cognos, Oracle GL (OAC)

- Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timeframes

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
