Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance? Swyftx is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our dedicated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring our platform remains secure, compliant, and customer-centric in a fast-paced and innovative industry.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Compliance Analyst, you'll be involved in a wide range of compliance initiatives. You will provide detailed analysis and insights and act as a key liaison across departments to support compliant growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance risk frameworks in line with our AFSL obligations and regulatory expectations.
- Conducting compliance monitoring and testing, documenting findings, and tracking remediation actions.
- Monitoring changes in legislation and regulatory guidance, summarizing impacts, and communicating requirements to stakeholders.
- Assisting in reviewing marketing and disclosure materials to ensure alignment with ASIC regulatory expectations.
- Providing comprehensive analysis and guidance to the business on regulatory obligations.
- Advising and promoting awareness of compliance risks and regulatory issues across teams.
- Contributing to governance forums, preparing materials, and assisting with reporting for the Enterprise Risk Committee.
- Liaising with teams on compliance requirements for new products, marketing initiatives, and operational changes.
- Supporting the delivery of training and awareness programs.
- Assisting with internal, external, and regulatory audits.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in a risk, compliance, legal, or audit role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of AFSL requirements and ASIC guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret regulations and translate them into clear, actionable guidance.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using cloud-based platforms, risk registers, and compliance monitoring tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of personal integrity and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
