We are currently seeking an After-Hours Service Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to join our operations team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our after-hours operations, primarily during weekends, public holidays, and occasionally on weekdays. You will be the first point of contact for staffing matters outside regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from clients and candidates outside business hours.
- Liaise with clients regarding staffing requirements and roster changes.
- Manage rosters, allocate and confirm shifts with temporary staff.
- Record all communications in our CRM and Handover document.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and recruitment-related administration.

Working Hours

- Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:30 am
- Occasional weekday coverage for other after-hours consultants (as required).

Key Requirements

- Excellent phone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Industrial Labour Hire environment is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with FastTrack360 and/or Ento workforce management platforms is advantageous.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good technical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities.

This is a critical and fast-paced role that requires the ability to multitask, think on your feet, and manage competing demands effectively.
