As a Recruitment Consultant within our Industrial team, you will manage a 360° desk focusing on permanent recruitment across Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics and Trades & Services. You will take pride in guiding employers through every stage of the hiring process—from initial client engagement to successful placement and aftercare—demonstrating your expertise, skill, and dedication. You will be supported by a mentor and have access to our comprehensive learning and development platform for continuous growth.
