Task & Responsibilities
Our company requires a permanent full junior contracts administrator to support our team in Renovations and Maintenance across the Perth Southern Metro and Greater Perth Southern areas.
- Drafting and negotiation: Prepare and negotiate legally binding contracts, establishing terms and conditions that are in the company's best interest and manage the paperwork. Renew and update existing contracts as required.
- Contract management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including maintenance, tracking changes, and managing variations to projects and services and scheduling.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure all parties adhere to contract terms, identify and mitigate risks associated with contract clauses, and maintain contract integrity. Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms and advising management as required.
- Liaison and communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external parties, such as clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Dispute resolution: Respond to contract-related inquiries and resolve problems, disputes, or issues that arise.
- Administration and reporting: Manage all associated paperwork, process billings and invoices, and report on contract status and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 1 year contact administrator experience
- Professional conduct and appearance, positive and friendly attitude
- Experience with ServiceM8 preferred but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Current drivers license
- Current white card
- Current National Police Check

Salary: $70,000-80,000
