About the Role

As HR Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner within the HR function, contributing across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide general administration support to ensure the HR function runs smoothly

- Lead the onboarding and induction process for new hires, working closely with Office Managers and IT

- Manage invoice coding and approval

- Oversee and continuously improve the offboarding process

- Support the delivery of key HR initiatives including recruitment, performance reviews and remuneration cycles

- Track and coordinate probation reviews, ensuring timely reminders and accurate documentation

- Managing employee records and HR data in HRIS

About You

- Minimum of two years in an HR Coordinator or shared services roles

- A strong interest in developing a well‑rounded HR skillset

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- High attention to detail and organisational skills

- Strong systems capabilities, with proficiency across the Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS systems are highly regarded

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent experience is desired
