About your new employer:

- Our client is a leading national law firm with a proud history, recognised for their expertise in personal injury law, medical negligence, and compensation claims.

About the role:

- Work closely with Partner and Senior Lawyers who are experts in the field.

- Manage varied caseload of personal injury matters, including workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims.

- Liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers, and counsel.

- Provide exceptional legal advice and representation to clients.

- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and submissions.

The ideal candidate:

- 2–3 years post admission experience in statutory workers compensation.

- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skill.

- Proven ability to manage files efficiently and independently.

- A compassionate and client-centred approach.
