About Us

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager – Sustaining Tenancies to provide strategic leadership to a dedicated team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring housing stability for individuals and families across Brisbane.
You will lead a team delivering comprehensive case management, practical assistance, and wraparound supports. Collaborating closely with government, community partners, and internal teams, you’ll drive housing outcomes, reduce the risk of homelessness, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Provide program oversight including budgets, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Model and foster a trauma-informed, strength-based, and inclusive practice culture.
About You
You are a dynamic leader who thrives in complex service environments and is passionate about social justice. You will bring:
- Qualifications in health, social sciences, or a related field (Bachelor’s or higher).
- Extensive leadership experience in human services, particularly housing, homelessness, or related programs.
- Strong skills in team leadership, supervision, and staff development.
- Demonstrated success building partnerships and collaborations that deliver meaningful outcomes.
- High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community-led solutions.
- Join a values-driven organisation with a strong reputation in the community sector.
- Competitive remuneration under the SCHCaDS Award, Level 7.
- Permanent, full-time role based in vibrant New Farm.
- Ongoing professional development and supervision.
- Make a tangible difference in the lives of people experiencing housing insecurity.
