What you’ll be doing

- Buddy up with an experienced team of Process Operators to learn how to run different areas of the plant safely — from crushers and mills to leach tanks, elution, and control room operations.
- Learn to operate and maintain machinery such as IT loaders, Bobcats, and forklifts, take slurry samples, and work safely with hazardous reagents and chemicals.
- Get hands-on experience assisting with maintenance during shutdowns, plant cleaning, computer data entry (training provided) whilst participating in safety discussions to support a strong safety culture.
- This is a 12-month employment offer with plenty of scope to grow your mining career.
- The role involves working in all-weather elements, manual work and lifting, and working at heights so a good level of fitness is important.

What you’ll bring

- A genuine passion for learning and a can-do attitude.
- Experience with mobile equipment or labour-intensive work advantageous.
- Current Driver’s Licence (manual C class preferred).
- Strong teamwork, communication and basic computer skills.
