We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic trainee with a great work ethic and attitude to personal and professional development

To be successful in this role you will need to have energy and drive, providing outstanding customer service to our new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting experienced engineers in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Ansul R102 and Piranha fire suppression systems.

- Learning to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

- Shadowing engineers to understand the compliance requirements with relevant British Standards.

- Participating in training sessions and workshops to build knowledge and skills.

- Gaining hands‑on experience on fieldwork guided by senior team members.

- Supporting the team in various projects and tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the fire safety field. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A genuine interest in mechanical and electrical systems with a desire to learn.

- No prior experience required; however, any relevant experience in engineering or technical fields will be advantageous.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel and stay away from home as necessary.

- Full UK Driving Licence is preferred.

- Basic Salary – £25,500 Subject to experience

- Overtime - Double pay at weekends, triple pay on bank hoildays

- £150 per week call‑out
