Are you passionate about CAT machinery and thrive in a hands-on, field-based role? We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Plant Mechanic to join our Casula team, supporting customers across civil, quarry, and construction sectors. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

- Diagnosing faults and conducting inspections on a variety of CAT equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure machines operate at peak performance.
- Working on a diverse fleet including excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, and articulated dump trucks.
- Ensuring all work is accurately documented, meets CAT standards, and complies with site-specific requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong technical and diagnostic skills with an Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade (Heavy Diesel or Mobile Plant).
- A genuine passion for CAT equipment and delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety and compliance.
- Excellent attitude to your work, and dedication to safe work practices.
- Ability to work autonomously in the field and in a team.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Applicants with site bans are ineligible for Field Service Positions.

Rosters & Remuneration

- Day shift only – Monday to Friday, 10.5 hour days.
- Phone, laptop and tool of trade vehicle supplied.
- Annual earnings $135,000 to $170,000*

*Above rates are a guide; each candidate will be assessed on skill and experience
