The Role
We’re expanding and seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our accomplished Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth, secure new contracts, and nurture long-term client partnerships, with a particular focus on the IT and Telco industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Melbourne.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with a talented and trusted team of consultants to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Shape business strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead tender processes (RFPs, RFTs, RFQs)
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in business development or sales experience in consulting, ICT, or professional services.
Strong network and understanding of Telco/IT sectors.
Consultative sales approach with the ability to pitch, influence and close.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
