At Civil Sciences and Engineering (CSE), we’re more than an engineering consultancy — we’re a small but ambitious team building something unique in Western Australia. Founded by a graduate engineer and a guru with over 50 years of experience, we’ve grown quickly by being adaptable, curious, and client focused.

We deliver pavement, geotechnical, and civil design solutions to local governments, state agencies, and private clients across WA and beyond. Our work is diverse, our standards are high, and our team is united by a shared drive to do meaningful, high-quality engineering that makes a difference.

Who We/'re Looking For

We’re always interested in hearing from talented:

- Civil Engineers (Graduate through to Senior)
- Civil Designers and Draftspersons (AutoCAD and Civil 3D)

Whether your background is in roads, drainage, pavements, or geotechnical design, we’d love to connect if you share our values and are passionate about practical, high-quality engineering.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Design, or related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with MRWA, Austroads, and local government standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- Australian work rights (citizen or permanent resident preferred).

Additional experience with GIS, Power BI, or design automation tools will be highly regarded.

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Future Positions

Salary: $70,000 – $130,000 + Super (depending on experience and scope of role)
