This is an exceptional dual role opportunity combining analytical expertise with hands-on sales support. You'll be at the heart of our commercial property transactions, conducting detailed due diligence across diverse asset classes while directly contributing to our sales success.**What You'll Do:**Property Analysis & Valuation* Conduct comprehensive due diligence on commercial properties across multiple asset classes* Perform sophisticated financial modelling including discounted cash flow valuations* Analyse tenancy agreements and lease structures to inform investment decisions* Collaborate with internal research teams and external stakeholders to determine property values and return metricsMarketing & Business Development* Create compelling pitch documents and marketing materials for major commercial office and development assets* Prepare detailed property marketing reports that drive successful campaigns* Work closely with our marketing team on press advertising and digital content* Monitor market activity and compile critical industry intelligenceClient Service & Sales Support* Manage all documentation throughout the sales process from listing to settlement* Maintain client relationships and respond to queries from purchasers, solicitors, and agents* Coordinate property inspections and client events* Provide regular reporting to vendors and clients* Ensure all transaction files meet auditing requirements**What We're Looking For:*** Graduate of a Property or similar based Degree* Skills and knowledge, with property experience a major advantage* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook* Experience in the commercial property industry* Competency in Estate Master and/or similar feasibility programs* Valuations experience will be viewed favourablyKey Attributes:* Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills* Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goals* Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesJoin a global leader in commercial real estate services with unparalleled market presence.
