**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for commercial properties? Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an Analyst to join our Victorian Capital Markets team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in conducting due diligence and financial analysis of commercial properties across various asset classes.
**An overview of the role**:
Undertake detailed due diligence of commercial properties.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine property value and return metrics.
Utilise financial modelling skills, including discounted cash flow valuation techniques.
Conduct financial, tenancy, and lease analysis for commercial properties.
Manage campaign preparation processes and respond to due diligence queries promptly.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to produce detailed property marketing reports.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create advertising materials for press and online platforms.
Take overall responsibility for creating high-quality pitch documents for major assets, mainly in the commercial office and development site sectors.
Source, track, and collate sales activity while monitoring key market knowledge and data from major news outlets.
Maintain strong client relationships during the sales engagement process.
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
A Property or similar based Degree is required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Previous experience in the commercial property industry is preferred.
Competency in Estate Master and/or similar feasibility programs is a plus.
Valuations experience will be viewed favourably.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents.
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly developed time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
