This is an exceptional dual role opportunity combining analytical expertise with hands-on sales support. You'll be at the heart of our commercial property transactions, conducting detailed due diligence across diverse asset classes while directly contributing to our sales success.What You'll Do:Property Analysis & ValuationConduct comprehensive due diligence on commercial properties across multiple asset classesPerform sophisticated financial modelling including discounted cash flow valuationsAnalyse tenancy agreements and lease structures to inform investment decisionsCollaborate with internal research teams and external stakeholders to determine property values and return metricsMarketing & Business DevelopmentCreate compelling pitch documents and marketing materials for major commercial office and development assetsPrepare detailed property marketing reports that drive successful campaignsWork closely with our marketing team on press advertising and digital contentMonitor market activity and compile critical industry intelligenceClient Service & Sales SupportManage all documentation throughout the sales process from listing to settlementMaintain client relationships and respond to queries from purchasers, solicitors, and agentsCoordinate property inspections and client eventsProvide regular reporting to vendors and clientsEnsure all transaction files meet auditing requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Graduate of a Property or similar based DegreeSkills and knowledge, with property experience a major advantageStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience in the commercial property industryCompetency in Estate Master and/or similar feasibility programsValuations experience will be viewed favourablyKey Attributes:Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goalsStrong problem-solving abilities and initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesWhy Choose JLL?Join a global leader in commercial real estate services with unparalleled market presence.
