We’re on the hunt for a Principal Engineer who’s equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and hands‑on builder.

You’ll be the technical compass guiding a small but mighty team as you shape a next‑gen cloud IoT platform from the ground up. Think leadership with sleeves rolled up, innovation with impact, and delivery without drama.

What You’ll Do

- Captain the sprint ship and deliver features like clockwork.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire an internationally distributed team of sharp developers.

- Turn bottlenecks into breakthroughs.

- Keep the code clean, the systems smooth, and the ideas flowing.

What You’ll Bring

You’ve steered new product builds in start‑ups before, and you know your React Native from your .NET Core, and can navigate AWS like a pro.

You’re fluent in innovation, allergic to mediocrity, and you don’t just think outside the box—you recycle it into something better.

This business has a small IoT device that is a game‑changer for the big energy suppliers. They were established around 6 years ago, with products on the market for 4 years. The business has just won a huge new client, which is set to triple their ARR.
