The Role

As a Principal Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving our renewable energy growth while continuing to support major conventional energy projects. You'll lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, ensuring high-quality project delivery across a diverse range of assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Brisbane-based Process Engineering team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Review and sign off process engineering deliverables as an RPEQ.
  • Prepare and oversee engineering design documents and estimates.
  • Lead HAZOPs and LOPAs as the discipline expert.
  • Support business development through client engagement and industry events.

About You

You are a collaborative leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering and RPEQ accreditation (essential).
  • Proven experience in Australian CSG gathering and brownfields projects (highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of industry Codes and Standards (e.g., API 520/521, AS 60079, AS 2885).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • A commitment to client satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
