As a Senior Coordinator, Academic Services, you will:

- Coordinate and support the student experience through effective communication of course and unit information.

- Promote teamwork, question traditional assumptions and provide tailored coaching to enable individuals to deliver high quality solutions and achieve goals.

- Analyse problems and weigh up a range of options to identify accessible and inclusive solutions to complex admissions and curriculum‑related issues, and translate solutions into clear and understandable goals.

- Lead a culture of continuous improvement, establish systems and processes to guide work, track progress and effectively overcome barriers.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or

- Extensive experience and management expertise; or

- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

- Extensive knowledge of course admissions, enrolment and student advice practices and processes in an education environment

- Extensive knowledge of curriculum practices and processes in an education environment
