**Academic Coordinator needed in Melbourne CBD.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Plan, Develop, Review and Implement Academic Programs**:

- Ongoing collaboration with the academic teams and other key stakeholders to plan, develop, review and implement academic programs.
- Ensure compliance with AFC QA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Integration of cutting edge technologies in delivery of academic programs.
- Undertaking industry engagement activities as needed.
- Development, review, validation and continuous improvement of assessments and training resources.
- Monitor trainers and assessors and ensure their compliance at all times.
- Ensure efficient management of resources.

**Student Management**:

- Ensure efficient management of students academic progression as per AFC QA standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and manage students satisfaction including resolving academic and administrative issues.
- Fostering an inclusive, engaging and fun learning environment.

**Reporting**:

- Assist in development and submission of accurate and timely statutory reporting including AVETMISS, Compliance Declarations, TPS and AQTF survey.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a VET academic coordination or course coordinator.
- Ability to meet deadlines is a must.
- Strong prioritisation, organisational and multitasking abilities is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in managing teams is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, LMS and SMS.
- Must have a positive and 'can do' attitude.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
