Job Summary
Customer Service is our number one priority at FUJIFILM MicroChannel. Your task will be to create a seamless experience for our clients, both internal and external, and to let them know we care about them. You will make check-in calls to hear our customer’s thoughts about our services, and organise any assistance they may require. You will process sales administration items end-to-end and update our Customer Relationship Management system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will complete other account management and administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT software and services purchased, arrange modifications and resolve any problems that arise.
- Manage sale of computer software and services to existing clients and identify further sales opportunities within these accounts. Manage customer satisfaction and retention and coordinate the preparation and presentation of ICT sales proposals and tenders.
- Assess customer needs and detail available services that meet these needs.
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, complete sales contracts and process orders.
- Identify and generate new ICT business opportunities.
- Assess and define technical requirements to develop effective hardware and software solutions.
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for user-reported technical issues related to systems and applications.
- Modify and enhance existing software programs to align with evolving user needs and business objectives.
- Manage the installation and configuration of software applications across various platforms.
- Promote optimal performance and utilization of IT systems and equipment through proactive monitoring and support.
- Deploy and maintain secure and reliable computer networks to support business operations.
- Design, update, and manage internal and external websites to ensure functionality and user engagement.
- Deliver expert guidance, training, and support in the implementation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Qualifications in Information Technology or similar will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills including spoken, written and listening.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships.
- Consistent attention to detail and quality of output.
- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and be a reliable team member.
- Ability to problem solve and work through challenges.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Fast typing speed.
- Previous Account Management experience
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Previous Sales administration experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems
