We're now on the lookout for aSenior Business Development Managerto take the lead on driving growth across Australia. If you're commercially sharp, customer-obsessed, and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact roles-this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading national growth initiatives and new business strategies
- Managing relationships with key private hospital, pathology and cardiology clients
- Driving field sales and identifying new commercial opportunities
- Collaborating with account managers and internal stakeholders to launch new services
- Championing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- May include managing and mentoring a small team – including setting territories, KPIs and targets, and acting as the decision-maker on complex escalations
- Domestic travel to support strategic growth opportunities
About you
- Proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage high-value relationships and close complex deals
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Background in healthcare, medtech or diagnostics (a bonus)
