The Role

We/'re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bid Coordinator to help tell our story and win impactful projects as we continue to pursue work that will power Australia/'s transition to clean energy. You/'ll be the driving force behind strategic, high-quality proposal submissions. You/'ll collaborate with internal experts to craft compelling content that aligns with client needs and showcases EPEC/'s innovative solutions. From initial planning to final submission, you/'ll support the bids and proposals lifecycle—ensuring every detail is polished, persuasive, and on point. You/'ll also manage our centralised library of templates, case studies, and past submissions, keeping our content fresh, relevant, and ready to impress. Beyond the documents, you/'ll be a key contributor to our collaborative culture—supporting meetings, engaging with the team, and helping us deliver proposals that reflect the excellence we bring to every project. About You

The perfect candidate for this role is a proactive and detail-driven professional who/'s ready to take ownership and thrive in an ever-changing, collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you/'ll ideally have:

- At least a year or two of experience in proposals, administration, business development, or a similar coordination role would be ideal but we are open to other relevant experience.
- An understanding of quality proposals and tender submissions—you know how to bring structure, clarity, and impact to every document.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft clear, compelling content and collaborate confidently across teams.
- Proficiency in document development tools, including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva and Excel—you know how to make content look sharp and professional.
- Tech-savvy and forward-thinking, with hands-on experience using AI tools and online tender platforms to streamline proposal development and submission processes.
- A collaborative interpersonal style to enable you to engage with various business units and form strong relationships across all levels. You/'ll be confidently to engage with clients and senior stakeholders to shape winning delivery solutions.
